Are there any active coupon codes?
If we have any active coupon codes they will be on our Instagram account or in our VIP Facebook group! Chances are if you can't see any active promotions, we don't have a code active! :)
Do you take custom orders?
Unfortunately we cannot offer any customisation on any listings in the store. This includes colour changes, a whole sheet of only one sticker, and customising kawaii girls. Making small changes like these is actually really time consuming, and we wouldn't be able to offer it without adding hundreds of hours to our processing times.

Can I combine my orders?
To keep our processing times speedy we are currently unable to combine orders. Thank you for understanding!
COMBINING ORDERS DURING SALES: During sales and promotions we are not able to combine orders at all due to the high volume of orders. All requests for combining orders will be ignored to keep orders going out as quickly as possible!
Please note that we will NOT combine orders if you leave a note.
Where can I find the tracking for my order?
All international orders purchased with our base flat rate shipping charge are sent via standard mail to keep costs as low as possible, this means there is no tracking available. If you would like tracking please purchase one of the tracked options when checking out.
All TRACKED international orders are sent with a tracking number and this can be tracked through DHL Global Mail with the number found on your order. Once your parcel reaches your destination country you will be able to track it with your local postal service (for example USPS once it reaches the US).
Australian orders will only have a tracking number if you purchase the Registered TRACKED add-on!
When will my order arrive?
All of our stickers are made to order, please check our current processing times as they can vary depending on new releases/sales/etc.
Australia: 2-14 business days
International: 5-35 business days (up to 8 weeks for untracked)
On occasion orders may be held up in customs, delaying postage times, and this is unfortunately beyond our control.
We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before a date you need them, unless it has been discussed prior to ordering. We clearly state our processing times as well as shipping times, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
What happens if my order never arrives?
To ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we recommend you purchase tracked shipping for your order. If you pick our standard postage option (without tracking) and your order goes missing, there is not much we can do and we unfortunately cannot be held liable.
