Our Frozen Dessert Supplies story began when a young boy with nothing to his name dreamed of something bigger. I grew up with a British mother from Wales and an American father in a run-down trailer sharing a room with 6 brothers and a sister. From that humble upbringing, I began to have a passion for creating and building.
I married my best friend, and now wife of more than 22 years in 1996, and together we began an incredible journey. That same little boy who shared a bed with 4 brothers growing up is now a father, husband, and in 2008 became an entrepreneur when I started our own frozen dessert store. Sadly, the economic recession hit hard and the store closed its doors in 2009. It was a very difficult and trying time for our budding little family. As we look back though, ironically it was a huge blessing. It was an amazing learning experience and time of personal growth that taught me valuable lessons. As my frozen dessert store was crumbling, I remembered how difficult is was to purchase supplies, spoons and cups. I had an epiphany - I could not find any reputable, honest, easy to work with frozen dessert supply manufacturers and distributors. So, we set out to become the first to build a website and began selling cups and spoons online.
We started out slow with 1-2 orders a week but by the end of our first year we had enough to pay for Christmas gifts! We were so happy. We have never looked back since. What started as a dream became a reality and now years later we are helping thousands of households and business with their supplies. We still pride ourselves on providing the same one on one attention of our family run business. Our current processing time for supplies is 1-2 days. We ship USPS for item 1 pound or less. . First class averages 4 days, though it can be longer if you are in a more remote spot. Priority averages 3 days, but could be longer. Neither of these are guaranteed shipping times.
We are not responsible for anything the USPS does once we hand them your package. We promise -- we want everything to get to you as fast as possible, too! If, for some reason, you feel your package is taking too long-- please check your email-- we should have sent a tracking notification to you. If you can't find this, or have trouble understanding it, just let us know and we'll look for it.
Returns and exchanges
If we do authorize a return, please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. We only refund the price of the item; we do not refund shipping after the item has shipped.
