High Quality, Value, and Integrity
Finding the perfect piece to turn into your own work of art is a process that I know well. Every piece here has been carefully selected from sources all around the world. I buy items I love in large quantities to receive the best value. Any pieces left over are sold here in my destash shop. This way, we both win--by purchasing items at a great value without having to compromise on quality. Knowing extra pieces will find a new home allows me to purchase larger quantities so I can share the value of extra pieces with others. This also allows me to price my jewelry at great value for my customers as well.
I am always upfront and honest with my customers. If a particular piece has any flaw, imperfection, or a quality issue, it will always be noted in the description and photographed so that you can make a buying decision with all of the information and know exactly what you can expect to receive in the mail. I know how it feels to be disappointed with a purchase as I've personally received stones that were not as described and I was stuck with them. I would never do this to any of my customers. For example, I was sold "natural quartz" that turned out to be man-made. I sold it at a loss here with full disclosure to my customers because honesty and great customer service are an important part of my business model.
All items in this shop are leftover pieces from projects I've worked on and are truly destash items. I am in the business of making jewelry, not making a profit on wholesale items. Selling the leftover items allows me to maintain the quality and value of my jewelry and hopefully pass that on to my destash customers as well.
As a Thank You to my loyal customers, I have a frequent buyers program called the Teal Team, which offers customers a permanent discount code after their third order from my shop. This program allows me to reward my frequent customers who help me maintain quality and value in my business.
Thank you for visiting my shop. If you have a question about any of my items or would like to combine anything you see here into a custom order, please send me a convo and I'd be glad to help!
Whether working on an earring design or stringing destash beads I'm in the zone where color flows through the intellect and releases pure joy--Intealect. I'm inspired by my Old Florida streets with bougainvillea, frangipani, star fruit & hibiscus.
These girls keep the owner informed of shop conditions ("Meow! Mrrrrr!! Mrrrow!!!). They also keep track of food bowl situations, jump into boxes to verify they are empty (or not!!), and keep communications interesting by walking across the keyboard.

Frequently asked questions
Is sales tax collected on my order?
For Florida customers only. I will collect 7% sales tax at the time of purchase since that is the most common rate across the state. If your county has a lower tax rate I will refund the difference before your order is shipped.
What are the details of your shipping policies for U.S. customers?
All orders ship through USPS First Class, within 2 business days of receipt of payment. The shipping rates include packaging materials required to ensure that your items arrive intact. My rates are reduced to below my total cost. I ship to the U.S. and to many locations around the world. I insure all orders over $50.00 at my own expense.
I will contact you after my post office trip so you'll know as soon as your purchase is on its way! USPS First Class generally takes about a week on the outside to the States and maybe a few extra days internationally. Please allow at least a week from the day I send you your shipping confirmation before you start to get nervous. I know it's hard to wait!
What are the details of your shipping policies for non-U.S. customers?
International customers, delivery confirmation is not available to all countries without an upgrade to insured and registered shipping. I'd be more than happy to set this up for you if you'd prefer. Send me a message through Etsy before completing your purchase so I can adjust the shipping rate. Intealectual Destash is not responsible for customs fees, taxes or duties that may be due upon arrival in your country.
For international customers, delays in customs offices are common and unpredictable. Intealectual Destash is not responsible for delays due to time the package takes to clear customs.
How do you decide what you will sell in your shop?
This is my destash shop for my jewelry shop, Intealect. I'm not buying stuff with the intent to sell it here. The items here were all purchased with the idea that I'd make them into fabulous jewelry, but for one reason or another I'm selling them now to make room for new ideas. If you have any questions, please send me a message through Etsy.
What if my package or one of the items in it is damaged when I receive it?
My ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase. If there is obviously a problem with an item you receive, then please contact me right away through Etsy. I take great care in making sure what I ship out is packed carefully and securely, but accidents happen. Let me know what's wrong and I will work to make it right. Photos are helpful. Take a quick pic and send it to me with your message through Etsy.
If we agree that a return and refund are in order, I will process the refund, minus shipping charges, as soon as the item is returned. The piece must be in its original packaging.
Do you have more of these?
I sometimes have more of some of the items I list. I keep the number of items per listing low so you can purchase enough to make a pair of earrings or a necklace, not create enough for the cast of "Titanic." ;-). If I have more I'd be happy to create a custom listing for you. Just send me a message through Etsy.
How do you measure your items?
Measurements are done by me with my basic, no-fuss calipers and are my best determination with the tools I have. They may vary from measurements made by more precise tools. They are not certified by a gemologist.
