Who is this guy, and why is he selling this stuff?
I am a leather crafter, now semi-retired.
The supply business was one of those "hit me over the head enough and I'll get the idea" type things. When we were a bigger company we had a shop and often people would come in asking if they could buy a few buckles, or if we had X to fix Y. Being in the mail order business also we started getting calls for more of the same. Eventually I figured out that people might want a place where these things were listed and they could buy what they needed without the large minimum orders and big quantities the manufacturers require. Thus the birth of the supply side of our business.
With the death of my partner I sold off many parts of our business, packed my derriere out of the cold New England winters, and now work by myself in Florida still making a few things, and still providing small and medium quantity supplies to crafters all over the world.
I try to provide good service, and keep my pricing affordable. Since I've been doing it for 25 years I guess I must be doing at least a thing or two right. I keep my margins tight because you are actually helping me get better pricing from my manufacturers by increasing the volume I can do with them. We both win. Decent pricing for you, less materials expense for the items I make.

Accepted payment methods
If there will be a delay and I can't ship within two business days I will notify you immediately on receipt of your order. I will be happy to completely refund your transaction if you can't wait.
Shipping problems: I have found over 25 years that there are very few orders that go astray, however while I hope it doesn't happen to you I do want to explain my policies.
All shipments are insured. I handle all claims for lost or damaged goods. If something arrives damaged just let me know and I will arrange for return, and process your claim immediately. If you don't get the shipment (in the time frame specified by the carrier for lost packages) I will either reship or refund in full, your choice. Unfortunately I cannot handle any claim for non delivery if the carrier shows it as having arrived. I regret that in that rare circumstance you will have to deal with the carrier directly. I have shipped thousands of packages over the years and I average less than 2 claims a year.

If I ship the wrong thing, being human like the rest of us, please let me know immediately on receipt. I will email you a prepaid shipping label (or even postal mail you one if you don't have a printer) to return it at my expense, and get the right items out to you immediately.
Many of my items are packed using highly accurate counting scales. It is simply unrealistic to hand count. I have every reason to believe the count is accurate, but if you do receive a short count, just let me know and I will refund the shorted items. If you receive extra, please keep them with my compliments.

To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information, if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
1) As needed to provide my services, such as when I use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support
2) When you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list
3) If necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases as required by tax law
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is required to conduct my business with you, as instituted by you. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
I engage certain third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as the postal service or FedEx. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Compliance with laws:
I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.
Information I retain:
I retain only your name, address, and list of items you have purchased with corresponding order and ship dates. This information you provided to Etsy when instituting a purchase, and has been shared with me for the purpose of fulfilling your order, and is retained by me. These records must be retained for a period of 7 years in the event of a maximum audit by the IRS. For clarification, I do not have access to other personally identifiable information (such as, but not limited to, birth date, age, credit card or banking details) which you may have provided to Etsy.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I store and process your information as received from Etsy in the US. As a result, if you live in the EU, I received your personal information in a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. For the purpose of the GDPR I did not cause the transfer. I do not transfer your personal information, except as specifically delineated within these policies, with any other party or service.
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:
You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete:
You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent where I am required to store data for legal reasons, I will generally delete your personal information upon request.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have this in a different color / size / finish
The answer is "maybe", but send me a convo and I'll be glad to let you know. I stock many items that are not listed here, and can obtain many thousands of others. Special orders (custom orders) for items I don't stock can usually ship in 4-10 days, depending on which manufacturer I use to obtain them.
Do you ship to other countries
Yes, most all of them! Please remember that shipping is expensive, and I have no control over that, and your country may add duties to the incoming package. I must (by law) declare the item for the full value, mark it as "merchandise" (not a gift), and I always insure the package for the full price for your protection.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All items are securely packed, in new materials, and should arrive safely to your home or shop. I doubt that any of you would want an item gift wrapped, but I am sorry but don't offer that anyway (you _really_ wouldn't want something wrapped by me - it looks like a 6 year old did it).
I try to list the dimensions of everything in the listing. On rings it is the inner diameter. On most other items like buckles, D rings etc., it is also the inner diameter, but, more importantly, it is the size of the material that properly fits IN the item. Like a 1" D ring is meant to hold 1" leather or material. For rivets I give all the sizes, and the proper size rivet for your use should be from 1/16" to 1/8" LONGER than the THICKNESS of all the items you are riveting together.
When will I get my order?
Well, I can answer half of that. I will ship your order the same or next business day unless there is a problem of some sort, and then you will hear from me, usually within hours of placing your order. When it will get there is up to the post office or FedEx. First class is usually 3-5 days, depending on how far from Florida you live. Priority mail is 2-3 days. FedEx is 1-5. Orders to outside the country can be from 5-15 days, depending on distance, yet again. Customs processing can delay that, but I am pretty good at giving them the information needed for rapid processing. Everything has a tracking number, and while first class doesn't provide in transit tracking, it does show when it was picked up, and when it arrives at your local post.
Can I get this in a different quantity?
I package in the most common quantities, but will gladly ship any quantity you need. For items that come in 5 or 10 packs there are discounts that start at 50 (although in many cases 100 packs are already listed in my shop). For less than 5 of an item that is packed in 5 or 10 packs there is an additional charge per piece.
For the smaller items like rivets which come in 100 and 1,000 packs, discounts start at 5,000.
My minimum order is a whopping $3.00, and can be made of different items.
