Since all items are custom made to order, all sales are final upon payment.

Shipping

Your order will be mailed to the address provided. PLEASE double check all information before submitting an order, as it is the buyers responsibility to ensure this is correct. Once an item has been noted as being shipped, I can not refund shipping or change the address.

Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details

Due to the nature of my business, all sales are final. I begin processing orders immediately once payment is processed. If an item is delivered damaged, you must contact me within 24 hours upon receipt of the item. You must also attach pictures of the damaged item.

Additional policies and FAQs

All items are personalized using a high grade, permanent adhesive vinyl. All drinkware should be hand washed only. And all clothing items are hang dry only. All custom listings must be paid within 24 hours, unless other arrangements have been discussed.
