I'm an artist & designer, and I've been making beaded jewelry for over 30 years!
It all started when my Mom, a public school art teacher, decided to start a little jewelry business.... and very soon, with a few orders from Bloomingdales and Shreve Crump & Lowe's, she needed all hands on deck -including me!
Going to gem shows with my Mom, digging through piles of beads and designing beautiful things...I get to re-live the excitement when I go bead hunting for LaurelCanyonBeads!
I still love the hunt, traveling, finding the "good" stuff... haggling for the best price, schlepping incredibly heavy bags full of beads, bringing all my treasures home, and best of all, sharing them with all of you!
The spotted nose you see here is Lucy, aka the Furz, my constant companion and quality control for Laurel Canyon Beads.

WHERE WILL YOU SEND MY PACKAGE?
•If you paid with PAYPAL, I automatically ship to the address you have registered with PAYPAL.
•If you paid vis DIRECT CHECKOUT I automatically ship to the address you registered with ETSY.
•It is your responsibility to make sure that your shipping address is correct!
Make sure your name and shipping address is current, and properly spelled, so the post office can easily scan it.
A small mistake or mis-wording in the address or zip code can mean a delay in getting your package.
•If I find a mistake in your shipping address, or it seems unclear, I will contact you via CONVO and wait for your response before shipping.
CAN YOU SHIP TO SOMEWHERE OTHER THAN MY REGISTERED ADDRESS?
•Yes, but you MUST send me a CONVO as soon as you have made your purchase.
DON'T just put it in "note to seller".
HOW WILL IT SHIP?
• I ship from California, and it will ship USPS first class mail with free Delivery Confirmation, in a padded kraft or white envelope, securely packed with plenty of padding.
• I ship FAST! I ship out your items as soon as I possibly can,
either on the same day if possible, or on the next business day, Monday to Saturday.
First class mail within the USA usually takes 1-4 business days depending on where you live, and how close you are to California.
•if you are paying with e-check through paypal, I will ship as soon as your payment has cleared, this may take a week or more!
CAN I GET FASTER SHIPPING?
•Yes, priority, or express are available, please convo me for pricing on special shipping!
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE?
•Want insurance? convo me before you purchase.
•For expensive packages, I will add free insurance at my discretion.
Returns and exchanges
•I work very hard to make sure the listings reflect the quality and details about the actual beads you receive, therefore,
PLEASE, make sure to actually READ the LISTING!
Sizes and detailed descriptions are always given in the listing.
•If you are not satisfied with your beads, returns or exchanges are accepted for any reason, if you CONTACT me via Convo within 3 days of recieving your item.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
• You must CONTACT me via Convo before you ship your return.
•Please ship to the name and address on your package's shipping label. If you have lost it, convo me. (I don't publish it here!)
•Please ship them back to me via First Class Mail, and make sure the items are as well packaged against breakage as you received them!
•As soon as I recieve your returned item, I will either:
Credit your paypal account if you paid with Paypal, or
Process the refund through etsy's direct checkout .
•I cannot refund any shipping or insurance fees, unless the return is due to an error I made.
•Your items must be returned in the same condition you recieved them (not unstrung or used).
• No PARTIAL returns. please note that in the case of lots, I will accept full return fro refund- but not a partial return!
