Why Lilac Sprig!
"Lilac Sprig" comes from a Brooch that I bought some years ago. It reflects my love of colour and style which now form part of my designs.
Having always loved the touch and feel of good quality felt and yarns, it is my passion to source them in the very colours I am looking for. I then use these colours to create packs of felt die cuts that I believe accurately reflect the shapes I cut and which my fellow crafters want to use.
My knitting patterns for chocolate favour covers are a further extension of my love of working with yarns to create conversational pieces.

Accepted payment methods
Made to Order and Custom orders will be started once your payment has been received.
As custom orders are unique to you, I am unable to accept cancellations once I have started to make up the order.
Orders within the UK are generally received within a few days of posting but can take up to 2 weeks at busy times.
Overseas shipping can take between 5 and 14 days but on occasion this can take up to 4 weeks. This is rare but please bear it in mind. I am unable to mark Custom Labels with 'Gift' as this is against the law. You will therefore be liable for any customs charges etc.. if your Country adds them on.
PLEASE NOTE that I can not guarantee delivery times. Should you wish to have your parcel tracked then please Convo me and i will give you a price for this.

I accept returns on all other items providing they are returned within 2 weeks of purchase and are in their original condition and packaging. I am unable to refund shipping costs.

Can I visit your Studio / Shop?
My Craft Studio is based in the heart of Cheshire, England. It is not a physical shop and I'm afraid that I don't have open days.
Are your felt die cuts suitable for use by vegetarians/vegans?
Yes, nearly all of them are. From 2017 all my listings will be marked to indicate their suitability.
