Welcome to my shop! I hope you enjoy the variety of colours and textures I create.
My name is Marina. I am a textile and fibre artist based in the South of England, dyeing and spinning one-off and small batch yarns and fibre, as well as knitting and weaving unique items for the body and home.
Since I was a child I have loved fabric and colour, and have always made things with my hands. Both of my grandmothers taught me to knit (I forgot how in between!), and I was always encouraged creatively at home. Though I have some formal training in sewing and printmaking, I am primarily self-taught, preferring to discover things in my own way and time.
I am always conscientious in my work, as in my life: minimising waste, reusing materials where possible, and sourcing high-quality fibre as locally as possible are tenets of great importance to me.
Accepted payment methods
I ship internationally, worldwide. Please be aware of your country's customs regulations and fees; responsibility for dealing with these lies with the buyer.
I do not take responsibility for any loss or damage incurred in transit, but retain proof of postage for all orders for two months after the despatch date if this is required to take up any problems with the post office.
Returns and exchanges
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
For hand dyed items I have photographed colours as accurately as possible, though different screens may display colours differently.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note, owing to the techniques I use, existing colour ways for hand dyed items (yarn, wool tops etc) cannot be exactly replicated, or their quantity increased. Similar items with the same 'feel' can be created, but will not necessarily match perfectly.
