Custom and personalized orders
We love custom ideas and orders. Please ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
FABRIC RETURN POLICY
Fabrics are cut to order and considered custom in that regard. Fabric may be returned at buyer's expense, in original condition and length, for store credit. Buyer must contact seller within 3 business days of delivery with intent to return, prior to returning fabric. New tracking info for the return must be provided to seller. Return must be received by seller within 5 business days of initiating the return. Original shipping cost is not refunded. Fabric under 1 yard in length (per fabric) is not eligible for refund. Sale fabric may not be returned. Etsy transaction fees incurred by seller will be deducted from the return.
One free fabric sample per each different fabric purchased. Samples may not be available for fabrics in pre-cut bundles. List selections in notes section.
I use Etsy's calculated shipping for weight of order total. If calculation seems high, please contact me for more information.
Purchase not received
Please contact me within 5 days after package should have arrived if you have not received your purchase.
If domestic USPS tracking shows the package delivered to your provided address, contact your local PO for more information.
