How long will it take to process my order?
We try to ship orders out within 1 business day. Shipping time takes 2-5 business days, so we recommend ordering in advance for your event.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns as long as the items are unused and still in original packaging.
Can I change my mailing address?
If the item has not been shipped out yet, we can change the mailing address. After packages are handed over to USPS, we can no longer retrieve them to change the mailing address, so please make sure to double check the mailing address entered upon check out.
Can I upgrade shipping for faster delivery or insure my package?
Priority shipping upgrade can be done at check out. Please contact us if you need faster shipping, such as overnight shipping. If you're interested in insuring your package, please message us.
