All policies are provided in detail here. I like to be as transparent as possible and give all of the information that I can before you make your purchase. So before you order, please be sure to read over the policies :)

Coupon Codes are to be applied to new orders, not ones that have already been placed.
All orders placed will be shipped with tracking that can be found in the email Etsy sends you and in your purchases. All orders are shipped with USPS Insurance coverage— that means if anything happens to your order in USPS delivery to you then you can file a claim and make sure to tell them that it does have insurance coverage. All orders are shipped in colored bubble mailers.
All orders are shipped in 1-6 weeks (business days) from the time the order is placed. If there is a sale that has taken place the shipping estimate can be extended up to 3 weeks longer from the time the order was placed, depending on the volume of orders received. Orders placed in the US are shipped via USPS and they have a estimated delivery of 3-10 days (Mon-Sat) depending on where you live. During busy holiday's there may be a longer delivery period that Moonlight Paper Co. has no control over.
International orders are shipped with an estimated delivery time of 10-30 business days. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, and any additional postage or other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by customs. You should be aware of these possible fees upon purchasing.
Moonlight Paper Co. is not responsible for a delivery being sent to the wrong address if it was not entered correctly at the time of check out. A refund will not be issued, but an order can be resent with the payment of shipping. If you have entered the wrong address at checkout and your item has not yet shipped, please send us a message ASAP through the "Contact Shop Owner" option.
If a package is missing and says has been delivered but you do not have it or is "lost" (has been dispatched but is at least 3 weeks late), you must contact the post office and file a claim. One will not be resent if you have not spoken with them and kept me in the loop, in the US they must send me an email saying they have opened an investigation. For missing international orders— shipping must be paid again at the Etsy asking price. I will not resend another package without the standard Etsy tracking label.

During a sale it can be extended to 2 weeks longer depending on the volume of orders.
**Cancellations will not be made on orders that exceeded 24 hours of initial placement** This has and will be a policy I stand behind since opening a shop.
If there is an item you would like to see in the shop that is not currently available, send a message via "Contact Shop Owner" and we will add it to the list of upcoming items.
If you want to customize an item that is listed, this is possible! Message me before ordering so that we are on the same page.
Or if there is a custom item that you would like for me to create then send me a message using the 'Request Custom Order' option and we will discuss the item. There will be a custom design fee that will range from $2-$4 (depending on the design and the time it will take) if I am to create a new item, not just editing the color of one-- i.e., selling a sheet of only blue dots on the Dots listing, but if you want a meticulous color change then the fee will apply. A custom listing can take up to 2 weeks to design depending on how busy I am with orders and life.
I use clipart from many sites that I purchase and do not claim as my own, unless I have created it myself. I also use digital papers to create the kits that I purchase from other shops or sites and do not claim them as my own. If you feel that I have violated any terms, please message me.
Frequently asked questions
You changed your matte paper?
Yes, we changed from Removable Matte to Matte Vinyl.
Although, I am referring to it as "vinyl" there are other shops who use the same paper and refer to it as Premium Matte. But, because when I was researching for matte vinyl paper this was a result that the company called vinyl (so will I). If you have any questions concerning the writability and removability, I usually reply within 24 hours.
