💛 We ship your order to your Etsy address. Buyers are responsible for having an accurate address listed when submitting an order to our shop.
💛 We ship your order between 1 to 3 business days, after cleared payment.
💛 US orders are shipped using E-Packet service, which includes Tracking number. Rest of the world it depends on the Country you reside. Most of the countries allow Chinas Registered Mail or E-Packet with tracking number, but others don't. We cannot guarantee tracking number for all countries. You can convo us if you have questions, we reply fast (less than 24hs)
💛 Some items may ship from our US warehouse, only when the listing clearly says so.
How to track my order?
💛 After your order has shipped, we will send you your tracking number (For US and other countries that provide tracking. Not all countries allow tracking)
💛 Please keep in mind it may take 5-10 days for the tracking system to show the tracking information. That means that even when we already ship your item, it takes some days for the post office to provide the information online.
💛 You can use 17track [dot] net to track your package.
💛 We understand that it's frustrating when you are unable to see up to date tracking information. Please rest assured that your package is on it's way to the destination country. Check again later.
💛 Shipping times are estimated. We cannot guarantee the shipping times once your package has left our facility, and it's on the post office's hands.
💛 Please understand that we are not responsible for delays due to Customs.
💛 If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, and no more than 60 days after your order was mailed. We will file a trace with the post office.
💛 Estimated Shipping Times: US: 12-25 days. Canada: 2-8 weeks. Most other countries 3-7 weeks. It may take longer due to customs which differ from country to country.
💛 I received my item but it's broken, what do I do?
-If an item was damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, we'll need to see pictures of the damaged item. We will send a replacement or refund.
💛 Please contact us with any questions or concerns, we'll do our best to fix the issue.
Do you offer combined shipping, to save on shipping costs?
💛 Yes, we do. We offer combined shipping, and it is automatically calculated at check out. When you buy multiple items, you save on shipping costs.
Disclaimer about item Colors
💛 Actual colors may vary. This is due to the fact that every computer monitor has a different capability to display colors and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
Please read item description and determine sizes/colors/styles carefully before purchase. We will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable for any loss related to such matters.
In some occasions we may ship your order in more than one package, and they may arrive at different times. The reasons could be:
- Your order contain many items, and in order to not damage the items, we may pack them separately.
- Your order contain too many items, so we spread in different packages in case of lost parcel, is easier to replace part of the order than the whole order.
- Simply comes from a different warehouse.

Can I make a change to my order?
💛 If you need to make a change to your order, message me within 1 hour after placing the order. We process orders very quickly, any messages received after the 1 hour time frame, will most likely not able to be changed.
If a product says color/design "randomly sent", can I choose the color I want?
No. Please note that for items that clearly state that the color or design are randomly sent, means that the color or design cannot be chosen. Please don't assume that by leaving a note with your order, choosing the colors you want, you will receive the colors you want. Although we take into consideration customer requests, is not always possible as it depends on availability. If you wish to order a specific color/design, please only order from the listings that let you pick color/design. Thank you for understanding.
