Current processing time to 1-2 weeks! I will do my best to keep the turnaround time as low as possible. During large collective sales, processing can take 3-4 weeks.
If you know you are placing more than 1 order, please message me VIA ETSY with your order numbers so I can pull & ship them together and refund overpaid postage. The only time I can't combine orders is during large collective sales as it immensely slows down the processing times!
HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS:
Holiday shipping has arrived with USPS. USPS domestic shipping is normally 5-10 business days but sometimes can take 7-21 business days during the holiday season. All orders are shipped in rigid mailers (not bendable), stickers are protected by a cellophane bag, and include tracking! I have seen a large delay in scanning orders and updating tracking numbers as well! Please be patient with the postal service as they are overloaded with extra gifts and packages around this time.
LOST IN TRANSIT:
I am unable to provide replacement orders if the order has been marked "Delivered" by USPS. Please reach out to USPS with your tracking number so they can double check the GPS coordinates where it was scanned as "Delivered." If a package has not moved in 7-10 business days, please reach out to USPS to get additional tracking information. As an Etsy shop owner, I do not have any additional resources when dealing with USPS. With that being said, I will also do everything in my power to get your package moving along if possible, but USPS needs to hear from BOTH to seller and the buyer.
At this time, no cancellations can be made. This will help speed along the processing so I can get your stickers out to you in a timely manner during the holiday rush. Thank you for understanding!
