What to do with imperfect frames?
I had been working at my shop whilebabynaps.etsy.com and started getting emails from women who needed help. They wanted to start making clutches and selling them to make some money, but as we all know: You need money to make money.
At the same time, I had a small stash of imperfect frames that made it through 2 inspections but not the final inspection. I didn't want to waste more resources to melt and re-plate these frames nor did I want to discard them and add to our landfills!
So this shop was borne of these needs. This up-cycling trend had been going on and I wanted to help in this endeavor.
My frames have helped women who've been out of work due to injury or health issues, whose low-paying jobs just didn't allow them to pay all their bills, and who've lost their jobs due to the Great Recession or from companies who shipped jobs out of the US. Whatever station in life, I've helped women to learn a skill to earn some side income. When you can actually make something from your very hands, it lifts your spirits up!
Putting Women in Business lifts my spirits up! And the best part of my life is my 3 kids and my doodle. It starts and ends with them!

Returns and exchanges
Please check the listings to see the kinds of defects you can expect, but understand that the defects will vary with each frame. Furthermore, they have been marked as defective during the 3rd stage of inspections rendering unsaleable at full price.
**PLEASE NOTE that there will be NO defects on the areas of the frames that will be exposed so they are all inspected to ensure that the defects are ONLY on the OUTSIDE surface of the frame where the outer shell of the Snappy(TM) clutch wallet will be glued on. The kisslock balls, the hinges and the inside surface are NOT defective. These frames are up-cycled so that you can use them to make the Snappy(TM) clutch wallet to add to your line of clutches.
