If payment is not received within 2 days I will not process your order and it will be cancelled.
We also ship worldwide. International buyers please be aware that you are responsible for any custom fees at time of delivery. First Class International Mail does not provide tracking information. If you need insurance for your item or upgrade to Priority Mail please contact us before placing your order for an estimate.
Once the item leave our hands, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If the package is lost or not delivered, the customer is responsible of filing a claim with the tracking number at your postal office or at USPS.com. For First Class Mail, insurance can be added for an additional fee. QuickEgoodsSupplies will not reimburse for lost or stolen packages, the postal service will. For USA customers tracking will be provided.
Orders made on Friday will be process Monday.

Most of the time we make arrangements to fix or replace the item with the customer's approval.
In order to receive your full refund, you will need to mail back the HOLE order (you are responsible for the shipping charges). Once we receive the items and make sure they are in good condition, we will refund the price payed minus shipping. If the client rather want, we can credit your order towards another item of the same value.
Remember; our mission is to make you happy and we will go the long distance to make that happen!
