Each day is filled with art, design, graphics, creativity, and lots of fun at our shop! Right On The Walls is a design and print team known for high-quality, personalized wall decals, decor, gifts, plus some extra-special wedding accessories lovingly designed and created just for you.
Started in 2007 by a full-time graphic designer mom with a dream — from a small spare bedroom to now located in a retail space in Millvale, an up and coming artsy suburb of Pittsburgh, PA. Our retail shop & production area consists of a few creative gals, who enjoy creating unique personalized products — especially made for you when you place an order online or in-store. No cookie-cutter designs or decals ever.
Here at Right On The Walls, we want to help YOU express your individuality when we design your order, cut your order, package your order and ship out your order — produced piece by piece, one at a time, with custom details like size, color or font specifications coming directly from you.
It is a bit labor-intensive, but it's also fun and rewarding work! We especially enjoy hearing feedback and receiving photos from our customers. This helps keep our small team motivated and enthusiastic about our work!

Accepted payment methods
Once payment has been made, orders can not be cancelled or refunded.
RUSH ORDERS: If you would like to request a rush on your item, you MUST contact us via Etsy messages regarding setting up a custom order to see if we can meet your deadline before payment! (Additional shipping costs may apply). We can not guarantee delivery by a certain date or meet any deadline that is not discussed with us before payment is received. Our production schedule is posted for all items. Any deadline dates left in the "notes to seller" during checkout on standard listings will not affect our production schedule and WILL NOT be guaranteed delivery by your requested date.
We ship most packages USPS Priority Mail within the USA for fast delivery! Package tracking information will be emailed to you at the time of shipment. We make every effort to make sure you receive your package in a timely manner!
Any package returned to us marked undeliverable by USPS due to incorrect shipping address provided at time of purchase, will be re-shipped to the correct address at customer expense.
All packages shipped USPS Priority Mail are covered up to $100 of postal delivery insurance through The United States Postal Service. If your package is lost or damaged, you may file a claim with USPS for a full refund. If you would like us to make you a replacement of a "lost in transit" or "damaged" item, please contact us for assistance.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once scanned as "delivered" to your residence or business by USPS. For any delivery issues, please contact your local post office for assistance locating a package.
*Some items may ship USPS First Class Mail and will be noted in the listing description. USPS First Class Mail does not provide online tracking.
All international shipments are sent USPS First Class Mail.
International shipments may take longer to arrive than standard USPS Priority Shipping within the United States. We are not responsible for delays due to customs or local delivery errors. Please continue to check your tracking information provided for your package to see the status of delivery. For International shipments, customer is responsible for all additional shipping fees, including duties and tariffs.
International orders may be subject to delays with customs. We accept no responsiblity for delays for which we have no control and do not issue refunds for delays in shipment.
Returns and exchanges
For dyed products: We print your design to a pre-made white product. Seams may appear where sides meet or folds occur. White edges may appear where the dye cannot meet the product during production. Items may be slightly imperfect, this is normal with any handmade process.
Due to the nature of all items being personalized, refunds will not be processed under any circumstances. Items can not be replaced due to incorrect information and/or monogram order, or misspelled names provided to us in the notes. As stated in our listings, monogram letters must appear in the order they will be printed on the product. If we make a spelling mistake on your item, we will gladly replace it for you.
ALL personalized and/or custom printed sales are final.
We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.
Cancellation request of an order is not possible once payment has been made. Please read our listings thoroughly including production time. If you need an item faster than our normal production time, you must contact us first to request a custom order to confirm we can meet your deadline. We can not guarantee any standard order will be shipped ahead of the schedule posted.
When you place an order with us, please make sure to read the listing and include all necessary custom information in the "notes to seller" section at checkout, and answer any emails or messages we send via Etsy. Your prompt attention for missing details keeps the order moving on time through our production. Missing information and/or details will delay your order.
Any order received that does not contain complete information necessary to create custom products (i.e. color, size, monogram) will be refunded & cancelled at our discretion after multiple attempts to get the information are unanswered. We make every attempt to contact our customers for missing order info before canceling an order.
