Rustic Chic Designs Inc, formerly Infinite Designs, officially launched in 2015. I have always dreamed of selling my crafts and working from home to support my family. I owned and operated a daycare for seven years so the entrepreneurial drive is a part of me. I don’t like punching the clock for someone else. I want to make my own destiny. I have sold crafts for a few years online on different platforms. I crochet, sew, paper craft and paint signs.
My signature product is handmade, wooden signs. My best-selling product to date is my Family Celebrations Board. I enjoy making them and I especially enjoy making custom orders. One drawback for me of being a creative is that I tend to gravitate towards the same colors, styles and designs. Getting a custom order puts new colors in front of me and gets my creative gears going on new items and color combinations. I love to make custom designs. If there is something you have a vision for but can't find the perfect item, let me know. Together we can try and make your vision a reality.
When I am not working on my shop I am usually spending time with friends and family. I am usually hanging out with my three teens and my husband. I can also be found crafting. Yes, that is what I do but it is also what I love. A perfect day for me is being productive in my business, spending some time with the family, and being able to create for the sake of creating.

Ronda has been my best friend for 7 years and has always been one of my biggest cheerleaders. She joined our team in October 2016. Ronda helps come up with new ideas for the store and does prep and finishing work on our items.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged please save all packaging and take photos of the damage and packaging. Contact me immediately and send the pictures. We will work together to fix the problem.
Do you offer international shipping?
I do offer international shipping to select countries. Unlike shipping within the US, the shipment is not tracked or insured. I am not responsible for international shipments that are lost or held. Any customs and/or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom and personalized orders
We accept custom and personalized orders! Items considered custom includes color, font or text changes, and new designs. Please contact us prior to ordering so your requests can be discussed. Custom orders must be agreed upon before the order is placed. Rustic Chic Designs Inc reserves the right to accept or deny any custom order requests. Custom order may not always be available. Returns or refunds will not be accepted on custom orders unless there was an error on our end.
What is your current turnaround time?
Turnaround times vary for each item. Please refer to the Shipping and Policies tab in each listing for the most current information. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. Please understand that once the package leaves our hands, it is out of our control. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering gifts or something that is needed by a certain date. If a rush order is not agreed on prior to purchase, it will be processed according to our stated turnaround time. No cancellations will be accepted due to shipping times as this information is available to you before purchase.
What if there is a problem with my order?
If your order arrives and there is a problem, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and allow us to see what we can do to fix it. Please have photos of the issue at hand. Please understand; We are human. We make mistakes. But we take pride in the fact that we own them and fix them quickly.
Do you offer Local Pickup?
We do! Please message us for a No Shipping code. Once your order is complete we will contact you through Etsy convo or email to set up a meet time and place. If there is no response we will send an email to the address on file with Etsy. If there is still no response, a third message will be sent to your email. If you do not respond to the third message and your order is NOT a custom order, we will return your item to stock and issue you a refund less a 20% restocking fee. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
If I want the names and dates added to my discs, how and when do I provide that information?
If you choose to have us add the names and dates to your Family Board discs, please provide that information in the Notes to Seller section at checkout or through a convo. We prefer to have that information as soon as the order is placed to avoid us having to contact you for the information. If you choose the name and date option but do not provide the information and do not respond to messages, we will send you blank discs and refund the difference you paid to have the names and dates on the discs.

Rustic Chic Designs Inc reserves the right to reproduce custom made items. We also reserve the right to photograph all items we create and may use them at our discretion for advertising or as samples inside our listings. All photos of completed work are the property of Rustic Chic Designs Inc and cannot be used without our permission.
If your item is shipped to the address on your receipt and it is the incorrect address, further postage costs will be the buyer's responsibility. We will not replace items that have been sent to the wrong address. Further, regarding an item returned due to incorrect address, we will try to contact you three times via Etsy convo and the email on file. If we do not receive a response 24 hours after the third attempt, we will return your item to stock less shipping costs and a 20% materials fee. This does not apply to personalized or custom orders. Under no circumstances will a personalized or custom order be refunded as we cannot resell these items. Thank you!
When will my message be answered?
We reply to messages within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Replies on the weekends will vary. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
