Seven's Emporium is a collection of downloadable digital embroidery designs that are to be used with a home embroidery machine to create a finished physical item. The shop name Seven's Emporium came from a combination of my youngest son's suffix and my reluctance to lock into any one particular type of embroidery design. I also have another Etsy shop called ClaireBearBaby that features an assortment of finished physical items geared toward babies and children. I have four children so my designs tend to be geared toward kids, but sometimes I try to step outside my normal area and do designs that are more for adults.
My goal with Seven's Emporium is to provide quality embroidery designs that are fun and practical. I have been digitizing for myself for a while and I'd like to start sharing some of my creations with others who might enjoy making them as well. I find digitizing fascinating, relaxing and fun. I love that it is a learning process and that there are so many areas to explore. I like to embroider items, but the real fun for me is creating the design. Some of the designs found in the store are collaborations with other designers, some are from clip art, and some are original hand drawn creations from friends and myself. I personally test all of the designs that I create prior to release to ensure quality. I also have someone else test them to make sure that I didn't miss anything.
Most of the designs found in the store will be for creating a three dimensional item that can be used or played with. I find that the embroidery market tends to be saturated with designs for girls, but three out of my four children are boys so I try to think of fun designs that they can use or appreciate so that they don't feel left out. It's becoming somewhat of a challenge to think of things for them that aren't babyish. Even though they try to be big, they still like it when they get a special gift from Mom. I hope that you enjoy the designs found in my shop. ~Kellie~

I've always been creative, but my recent creative addictions have been sewing and embroidery related. I started out making physical items but it didn't take long to be bitten by the design bug.
