Your One Stop Shop for Digital Paper, Textures and Graphics!
- How Studio Denmark Came To Be -
I am a person of many passions - art, scrapbooking, nature, family, travel, and technology to name a few. As a child I spent many hours on my quirky creations and obsessions. I love to travel, so after college and a stint in Brazil, Europe was the next dream to be conquered. There I fell for a charming Danish man who is now my husband (hence the name: Studio Denmark).
I was introduced to scrapbooking at the age of 16 and immediately loved it, and have ever since. My favorite part has always been creating the backgrounds - before actually putting the central elements on the page. There was something so exciting about a beautiful background just waiting to be filled - so many possibilities! I am also a tech nerd and recently completed a Master's degree in software development. I saw art/scrapbooking and software/programming as two separate entities until I discovered digital art and scrapbooking - the fusion of my two greatest passions!
Ever since I first heard of Etsy, opening this shop has been my dream. Now it is my creative outlet, my obsession, my passion and my joy. I enjoy challenging myself every day to constantly improve my skills and make Studio Denmark the best shop it can be.
- About the Shop -
My vision for Studio Denmark can be summarized in two words - variety and quality. I am a perfectionist and I have been known to keep myself up at night thinking of ways to improve my listings. I take pride in what I do and if you ever are less than 100% satisfied with any of my work, please message me! I really want to make sure you are satisfied.
My own style is very diverse - one day I love clean lines, the next I want messy grunge - so my ultimate goal is to cover a wide range of styles and options, both the practical, budget friendly options and more fanciful, artsy creations.
- Commercial Use Policy -
You might say I have a very liberal commercial use policy. I do realize that most sellers of digital goods on etsy limit commercial use much more than I do and/or require the purchase of a special license. Maybe it's not a good business move on my part, but I simply can't bring myself to limit the use of my products in that way. The way I see it, my products were meant to be used! I want you to get the most out of them that you can, and I find it immensely gratifying to see them in use.
