PERFECT RIBBON FOR PERFECT CRAFTS
This is a brief history of how and why the Craft Counter was born. Incredibly it was through our daughter, she had suffered from poor health for a long time, so to help and give her something to take her mind off it she started to make bespoke greeting cards for friends and neighbors. They would ask her to make specific cards giving her a theme and colour to work with, this was great but finding the perfect pattern or colour of Ribbon did prove to be difficult especially in smaller quantities, so this is where we came up with the idea of supplying Ribbons to be available to purchase in small quantities to all crafters. Like any parents in a similar situation we wanted to help.
So With our daughters help started with sourcing products, we then looked at the best way to get it on the market, deciding from them all to set up an Etsy shop. So there you have it The Craft Counter was born, a small & friendly family run business. Her health has now improved and is so much better now, but she is still an avid card maker and takes great delight in producing her own as they say masterpieces.

Accepted payment methods
Items will be shipped within 1 to 2 WORKING DAYS Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays after receiving and Clearing of Payment dependent on the time of day Order is recieved.
The Craft Counter believes in helping its customers as much as possible, and has therefore a cancellation policy, Under this policy:
Cancellations will be Honoured if the request is made within 1 hour of placing an order as Orders are usually dealt with straight away and are usually shipped with in 2 to 3 hours on the same day excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Once the time period has ended for cancellations the ordered goods will be not able to be cancelled and will be shipped to you. Once you have received your Goods and you decide you don't want it and wish to return it please contact us with in the time frames stated above
we will issue a returns Form to be sent back with the goods and a refund will be issued once we have received the returned goods undamaged back to us. PLEASE NOTE POSTAGE FOR ANY RETURNED GOODS IS NOT REFUNDABLE BY US AND IS AT THE CUSTOMERS COST, WE WILL ONLY REFUND THE ORIGINAL ORDER AMOUNT AND POSTAGE COST.
If an order is required quickly or the next day we do have an upgrade postage option listed at an additional cost this service is a 24hr signed for service, this can be seen and selected when you are ready to check out.
All orders being delivered over sea's shall be delivered via Royal Mail also. - You should receive your order within 14 days, but in some cases it may take longer, please allow up to 28-35 days before contacting us if you haven't received your order. If an order has not been received after this time then we shall review the situation and help in any way we can.
All Larger orders sent overseas will be sent via Royal Mail " tracked and signed for "
this will enable you to track the progress of your order and will need to be signed for when it reaches you.
The buyer pays any additional fee's eg:- Customs, Taxes etc.

IF YOU DECIDE YOU NO LONGER WANT IT AND WISH TO RETURN IT PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST, If the cancellation is approved we will send you a cancellation form to be filled out by yourself, you may then send the item to be returned back with the form enclosed to us, RETURN POSTAGE IS AT CUSTOMERS COST AND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
A refund shall be issued for the item plus the original postage cost paid with in 14 days of Receipt of Returned Goods. WE CANNOT GIVE A REFUND UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE GOODS BACK IN PERFECT CONDITION, any Custom fees due is at customers cost for returned item.
SHOULD AN ORDER BE RETURNED TO US AFTER THE POSTAL SERVICE HAS ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER BUT WERE UNSUCCESSFUL FOR WHAT EVER REASON, WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SEE WHAT YOU WOULD LIKE US TO DO, IF A REFUND IS REQUESTED WE WILL REFUND THE COST OF THE GOODS ONLY BUT NOT THE ORIGINAL POSTAGE COST, IF THE ITEM IS REQUESTED TO BE SENT AGAIN THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY THE POSTAGE COST AGAIN TO HAVE IT RESENT TO THEM.

Depending on where you are situated, USA for example please allow up to 35 days for your order to arrive. for UK orders your order should arrive with in 7 days if they do not arrive. Please contact us.
