There will be no combining shipping or cancellations during sales.
If forever reason your happy mail was destroyed in transit, please feel free to message me either through Etsy.
Currently there is no option to have tracking on packages as the postal service we use does not have a reasonable rate for tracking. Possibly in the future it might be added as an option. If you would like tracking on your package please contact me before hand.
The buyer is responsible of Any fee duties, tariffs, taxes, additional postage, or other chargers that may be required upon through your country.
Note PRINTABLE product: they are available for download as soon as payment is cleared, which will only take a moment. If you have not receive your item(s) within 48 hours please feel free to message me and I can see what I can do on my end
Returns and exchanges

If your order was lost in transit due because of post office error, I will gladly ship out a replacement. We do not offer refunds on items that are lost in transit.
Any items received that are not cut perfectly or demonstrate a noticeable flaw they will also be replaced.
Time sensitive items can not be refunded due to postal delivery. Please check your invoice and allow enough time for your purchase(s) to arrive. On average it takes
1-10 business days to deliver orders in Canada
1-4 weeks to deliver orders to the United States
1-3 months for international orders

Because the nature of PRINTABLE items being digital there will be no refund available. But if you are still not happy with your product, please message me so we can resolve the problem.

For custom orders there is no cancellations once payment is processed. Please allow for extended time to for fill these orders as they do take some time to complete request.
Requests or Special Instruction in Notes
If for any reason you have a special request or need an item by s specific day please message me before placing order. Any special instructions in the notes section will not be completed and order will be processed normally. No cancellations for special notes left in the notes section.
