FEES AND TAXES: International customers are responsible for any and all fees associated with shipping to their respective countries and may require pickup at your local Post Office. Toodles offers no refunds for orders that are not picked up by buyer. Contact your local PO for more information. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees collected by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance will be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Vinyl decals can be applied to smooth, dust free, clean surfaces. Vinyl decals are very thin and are meant to mold to the wall - Please use care and patience when applying to prevent tearing. Our vinyl can be used on many other surfaces- windows, mirrors, tile, ceramic, smooth wallpaper, painted wood and metal. We use high quality oracal 631 indoor matte vinyl. Tips are provided on the back of the instructions should you run into any problems.

Our Vinyl Decals will not adhere to walls that are painted with Low or No VOC paints. Paints currently marketed as Zero VOC or VOC Free include Yolo Colorhouse, Behr Premium Plus Zero VOC, Benjamin Moore’s Natura® paint, and Glidden Spred®. Sherwin Williams paints including GreenGuard Emerald Interior Acrylic Latex, Harmony, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Waterborne Catalyzed Epoxy, Pro Industrial Zero VOC Acrylic Coating, and ProMAR 200 & 400 Interior Latex paint. Paint & Primer in one paints or TEXTURED walls. Vinyl will also not stick to the following surfaces: sandy type paint or plaster walls in older homes

Sometimes part of decals may be stubborn and will not want to stick to your surface. We suggest using a glue stick or spray adhesives to reattach it. Using a hair dryer to soften the vinyl during installation may also help. Please read Vinyl FAQ 2 concerning what vinyl will not stick to.

Can I apply my decal to a newly painted wall? No, make sure you wait at least 2-4 weeks after painting your wall to apply your wall decal. Paint may seem dry to the touch but should cure properly before any decal (vinyl or fabric) is applied.

My vinyl decal was damaged during installation, can I get a replacement? We offer identical replacement of the damaged portion at a reduced price. We are unable to assume responsibility for installation errors.

Toodles Decal Studios awesome fabric wall decals are easily removable and reusable. You simply peel and stick the decal to a wall. *I do my best to represent colors accurately but colors can and will differ from what you see on your monitor.
*Pick a smooth, dry and clean surface. When placing your Decal on a standard painted wall, make sure the wall has been previously primed prior to painting (otherwise the paint or adhesive may come off). Please allow to cure for 30 days. If you place your Decal on a pebbly, textured surface that has used eggshell paint or a very porous surface (i.e. brick, cement walls, stucco), you may receive poor results, although it has worked in most case.
I currently do NOT accept custom order requests.

SVG files are widely used with all of the most recent versions of Silhouette Designer Edition V3 and Cricut Explore software, as well as many other vinyl cutting machines, but it is the buyer's responsibility to confirm software compatibility BEFORE making a purchase. There are NO REFUNDS on SVG files as it is instant download and not a physical product. Your purchase constitutes agreement to these terms.
