About Vinyl Printcess
Hi! Thanks for stopping by. We created Vinyl Printcess when we realized how difficult it was to find high-quality, amazing prints for our own craft projects. We have owned and operated a local graphics and vinyl shop for several years and decided to begin offering Printed Vinyl as well through Vinyl Printcess. We hope you like what you see here! Please feel free to contact us with any custom printing requests!

Frequently asked questions
How do I choose Adhesive Vinyl, Laminated Vinyl, or Heat Transfer Vinyl?
Each pattern comes in each of these 3 types of vinyl. The drop-down menu at checkout has several options to choose from, including the size of the sheet, the scale of the graphic ("tiling"), and the type of vinyl. The laminated sheets all say "Lamin" in the menu. The Heat Transfer sheets all says "HTV" in the menu. All others that don't says "Lamin." or "HTV" are regular adhesive vinyl.
What is tiling? What does "4 tiles" or "single tile" mean?
This question can be best answered by reading the item description. Depending on whether you're on a desktop or mobile device, you may have to expand the Description Section or the Item Details section. Most items also have a photo or several photos showing what tiling is as well. You can scroll through the photos to see them. The short answer to this is, tiling is the scale of the graphic single tile is large scale, 4 tiles (or 8 tiles if ordering a 12x24 sheet) is medium scale, and some patterns also have 9 tile (18 tile if ordering a 12x24), which is our smallest scale. Lastly, when in doubt, send us a convo! We can send you a specific photo to make sure it's what you want.
Do you do custom orders?
Absolutely! We can make the sheets larger (or smaller) or do a different pattern for you, or even print your own artwork or photo. Please feel free to convo us to discuss anything you need. We can make it happen!
My package is delayed, hasn't arrived yet, or is moving slowly. What do I do?
USPS can be unpredictable sometimes! We highly recommend Priority Mail shipping for anything needed by a specific date, and even then, it isn't always reliable. Please be sure to order in enough time to allow for any possible mail delays, or please contact us in advance if you'd like your package to ship via UPS, since they do offer guaranteed delivery dates and are very reliable. We know how disappointing it can be to expect a package by a certain date, only to find out it has been delayed by some sort of USPS issue. If your tracking is moving slowly, you may opt to contact USPS to inquire, or you might even want to contact your local postmaster for advice. We aren't responsible for USPS delays but will be glad to help in any way possible!
What do I do if I received the wrong item?
Each package is checked by no less than 3 people before shipment, so we pride ourselves in our accuracy! If for some reason you don't receive what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery as indicated on your tracking, and we don't offer exceptions to this policy. We will need photos of what you received as well as your packaging, so please be sure to retain all packing materials if this occurs.
What if my vinyl is damaged in transit?
We try to pack our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things happen in transit that are unexpected. If your package is shipped via Priority Mail we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. We will need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery as shown on tracking (no exceptions please), and will need detailed photos of the packaging and the items, so please be sure to retain the packaging in this situation. USPS First Class shipments are not insured, so an insurance claim cannot be filed on those packages (another reason we highly recommend Priority Mail!). However, if you'd like your First Class mail package insured, please let us know in advance, and we can add it for an additional fee.
How do you ship your vinyl?
First Class packages are typically shipped rolled in a mailing tube. Priority Mail packages (anything over 1 lb in weight) are shipped either flat, if the order permits that, or loosely rolled in a shipping box. We highly recommend Priority Mail for more than 1-3 sheets of laminated vinyl, since thick vinyls can sometimes "tunnel" during shipment. Usually this can be smoothed out, but to avoid it entirely, we highly recommend Priority Mail.
Do you offer bulk discounts, or discounts on shipping larger orders?
We do! For a quote on a bulk order, please send us a convo with details on what you need.
