How many beads come in a strand?
The number of beads on a strand vary - but here are some general counts:
4mm beads (15-15.5 inch strand) 90-94 beads
6mm beads (15-16 inch strand) 65-70 beads
8mm beads (15-15.5 inch strand) 46-48 beads
10mm beads (15-15.5 inch strand) 38-40 beads
If you require a specific amount of a specific type, please send me a message and I will do a count for you.
What is your timeframe to prepare shipments?
My order processing time frame is 1-2 business days.
I ship every day Monday thru Friday. My last Post Office run is Friday around 10 am Central time. Any orders received after that will ship first thing the following Monday.
Please verify your shipping address to be correct. I use the address supplied by you to etsy to process your order. I cannot be responsible if items are delivered to the wrong address.
I need my package fast – what should I do?
For domestic orders I use Priority Mail 1-3 day Flat Rate Padded envelopes. You will be able to select the upgrade during checkout. If you need Priority mail express - message me for a quote.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct - I will ship to the address you designate for your account. If the address is not recognized by the post office as the recommended address, it could possibly delay the arrival of your package.
How long will shipping take? (USPS transit time)
First Class Parcel mail usually takes from 1-6 business days.
Priority Mail usually takes from 1-3 business days.
First Class Parcel mail can take up to 6 weeks depending on location, time of year, and how busy local customs offices are.
(These time frames are estimates from USPS.)
Please understand that I am not responsible for the actions of the carrier regarding transit time, package routing or improper delivering of packages.
I’ve insured my package and need to file a claim – what should we do?
USPS considers a package lost if it has not arrived to its destination 21 days (domestic) or 40 days (international) past shipping date. You may be asked to complete a form for the claim. I will then file the claim.
I’m an international buyer, can I still track my package progress?
Although USPS first class package international may have some tracking information available via the customs bar code number, please know that the US post office has told me that tracking to the destination may or may not occur. (I am also not able to trace any packages with them if the shipment is misrouted.)
If you require tracking, insurance or registered mail please contact me. We can upgrade your shipping, but there will be additional charges.
Do you accept returns?
We do! Please send me a message first, so I will be expecting the package.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for a full refund (not including purchase shipping costs).

Items need to be returned in their original unused condition. Bead strands need to be intact.
Buyers (domestic and international) are responsible for return shipping costs. Include tracking information as well.
If I've made a mistake with your order, please let me know as soon as possible, so I can correct my mistake.
I need to cancel an order – what do I do?
Please let me know as soon as possible. I'm happy to help as long as your goodies have not been shipped. If your items have shipped we are unable to cancel.

Do you collect VAT or GST on international orders?
No. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges, import fees, VAT (value added tax) or GST (goods and services tax).
