Payment
I prefer to complete my transactions via Paypal but I also accept credit card payments. If you choose to use the eCheck method to pay via PayPal (that is a transfer from your bank account that is not instant), I will be able to ship your order only after the payment clears. This usually takes 3-4 business days. For non-US customers, eChecks can take up to two weeks to clear PayPal. So if you need your purchase shipped sooner and there is not enough fund on your paypal, I recommend using a credit card. Items can only be canceled within the first 12 hours.
Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation to all US addresses. You'll get an email through Etsy with your tracking number when your package ships.

Please note: I cannot send a duplicate package if delivery confirmation shows that the package was delivered to a confirmed address.

PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS IS CORRECT. If shipping to an address other than your own, please double check that address.
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Within every return and cancellation is there a 15% restock fee. All returns must be sent back in its unused, original condition. All orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, after 24 hours the orders cannot be cancelled.

I accept returns up to 2 days after received, provided the item is in original condition and in its original packaging (including box and padded mailer or similar).* Please contact me for instructions before returning anything. Once you have been given authorization for a return, all packages must be postmarked within 2 days. (Sorry, shipping costs are not refundable.)

If there are questions or concerns regarding an item, I recommend contacting me before making a purchase. I will do my best to reply as soon as I get the message. Please read the description and if you are unsure of something feel free to message me and ask questions I will gladly answer them. If items are damaged please feel free to contact me and I will try to work it out with you. I am not responsible for any losses in the mail.

* Sealed original Swarovski beads full factory packages (not loose beads) if opened are NOT returnable.
