Why are tracking codes on shipments necessary and not negotiable?
I require tracking and shipping codes on all items I ship to protect both myself and my customers to make sure an item arrives both on-time and as expected. This tracking code is also provided to the customer at the time of shipment so they too can track their item(s). All my shipping is handled through USPS, no exceptions.
Do I have to use shipping insurance?
No, you do not need to purchase the shipping insurance but please note, should the item get lost or damaged during shipping, Girl's Finds will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items. Insurance insures your item is received intact. I make every effort to ensure items I ship are packed well so that the item can arrive in the condition I sent it in, however, I cannot account for how it is handled once it is out of my hands.
Can you obtain and sell specific types of items?
By all means, if you have an item or category of item you want or feel would be of interest to yourself and others, please feel free to let me know your thoughts and I will keep my eyes open for those kinds of items when I am out and about looking for them at my local suppliers.
