I started making Polynesian costumes in 1996. I first sold on Ebay then changed to Etsy.

I started making costumes when my kids were little and were dancing at Mai Polynesia. I fell in love with the culture and the process. I now specialize in costume supplies because of time constraints and arthritis in my hands. I have 3 teenagers.

PICKUP AVAILABLE - For Los Angeles/Orange County area Orders, at the time you pick up your order I will refund you shipping cost. Note- pick up when ordering.

Regarding shipping time deadlines, I cannot promise THE DATE you will RECEIVE your package, I can only promise THE DATE when I will SHIP your package. There are so many variables in shipping, and I have no control over the shipper. Occasionally a package is mishandled or temporarily lost. That said, I will do all I can to assist in helping you with any shipping problems.
I ship United States Postal Service.
Buyer is responsible for any duties or customs fees that the buyer may occur.
International mail often takes 3 weeks or more.
Sometimes It may get held in customs.
I will do my best to resolve any issues that may come up.
I ship to the address that you provide, please make sure it is correct. If you item is returned to me because the address is incorrect, buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
If there is a problem with your order, Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of order, or preferably sooner. No refunds/or exchanges will be processed after 14 days of package delivery receipt.
Lost packages-please contact me as soon as possible to help with lost packages. Please be patient as I go through the steps to locate/refund/or resend for a lost package. It will take a few days. Packages stolen from buyers delivery area will require a signed affidavit. No refunds or reshipment will occur until this paper is filed.
Items damaged in shipping- I can help you with items damaged in shipping- PLEASE KEEP ITEM AND PACKAGING. I am required to send a photo of packaging a broken item to file an insurance claim. I cannot refund or resend without this, there are no exceptions.
Returns and exchanges
Custom costume items are not returnable, but repairs will be made at no charge for 6 months from purchase date. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Possibly not. If you purchase many small items, the system often charges too much. I will refund shipping over payments.

No, sorry, we only sell on line.
Can I pick my order up?
Yes, if you live in the Huntington Beach area and want to pick your order up, message me in the comment section of the order and let me know that you want to pick up. I will refund your shipping payment and send you directions on where to pick up.
