About
Stonebridgeworks Keeps a Farm a Farm
Our shop started with John's beautiful handcranked socks and my farm photography. I've been a vintage collector all my life, starting with garage sales and church rummage sales. I still wear a gorgeous Goldette bracelet and brooch that I bought in junior high! I especially love things that remind me of my grandparents' farms. We'd rather use something old than buy something new. I write about thrift and salvage and cool old things from our farm and my grandparents' farms in my book, A Bushel's Worth: An Ecobiography (abushelsworth.com). Now that I'm slowly ready to part with some things, I'm offering them in our shop. We enjoy the etsy community and have met wonderful artisans and even old friends and new-found family members through our shop! We hope you'll enjoy these farmhouse finds and follow us on etsy!
