We accept Paypal payments and credit cards. Payment must be made within two days of purchase.

Holiday shipping deadlines: Dec 18 for first class, Dec 20 for Priority. We will ship after this but neither we nor USPS will guarantee it will arrive by the 25th. No shipping Dec 23-25 but we will ship again on the 26th. Last day for sock orders to arrive by Christmas is Dec 18. We will accept sock orders after this but cannot guarantee they will be shipped by the 20th or arrive by the 25th. We do our best to ship within two days after payment has cleared. We ship via United States Postal Service first-class or priority mail. If you would like the item sent another way than is listed with that item, please contact us with your order and we’ll arrange a different shipping option. Please be sure that packages are secure on your end. Etsy policy specifies that once a package has been marked delivered by the post office, the seller is no longer responsible for the package. Also, please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Payment must be made within 2 days after purchase. Return is accepted within 7 days after purchase. If the buyer changes their mind about an item, a refund for the item ONLY will be deposited to the buyer's account once the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped; buyer pays shipping costs both ways. If the item is damaged by the carrier or gets lost in the shipping during the return, no refund will be made until the post office refunds for damages. No returns are accepted on international purchases so please check all information before buying. If the item is vintage, please see photos or ask questions before purchase. Refunds will not be made for conditions that are noted in the listing or photos or are minimal and typical of the age of the item. Refunds will not be made on clothing for size; please check all measurements given in listing or ask further questions. If an item has actual damage that is not apparent in the listing or photos, the seller and owner will agree how to resolve the issue, which may include a discount or returning the item for a refund plus shipping.

These items are handcrafted, not mass-produced by machines. Please expect an occasional irregularity from what is pictured—that adds to the charm of a handmade piece!
