Wild and Wonderful Wool Fiber and Fur
Everything is handmade or hand-dyed and most raw materials are harvested kindly from my own animals (some of whom are pictured.) They are not only beloved, but hand-raised, naturally on our planet friendly and NO-KILL farm. All my animals are precious pets, have names, eat from my hand, get scratches or hugs as they prefer and come when they are called. They follow me everywhere which is not always a good thing.
Owner, Maker, Designer, Curator
I create hand-knitted, free form knitted and felted designer garments & decor; hooked and handwoven rugs, pin weaving, raw, hand-dyed, painted and natural wool, mohair, llama, alpaca & angora rabbit fiber; offer whole and partial fleeces; handspun yarns; and design original knit patterns
Our dyed rovings, handspun yarns and art batts are one of a kind and usually can not be duplicated. I get bored easily and don't like to repeat things, so I am always trying something new. Sometimes I do have more than is listed in the store of a particular colorway, so don't be afraid to ask. You are better off to purchase all we have listed (or ask if we have more) at the time as it is usually all spun or dyed at once. We always recommend knitting or crocheting from two skeins at the same time to assure a better blend of color and size.
Please check the store often for new additions. I am always dreaming up something new. Everything here is handmade, most raw materials are harvested kindly from my own animals (some of whom are pictured here at the store) who are not only beloved, but are hand-raised, naturally on our planet friendly and NO-KILL farm. All my animals are precious pets.
I do offer some things that have manufactured raw materials and that are not all natural for those of you that prefer machine washable items or for those with animal allergies.

Accepted payment methods
- Money Order
If you want express mail or expedited international shipping, please let me know and I can give you a special listing or add on invoice.
SHIPPING & ORDER PROCESSING - while I pride myself in super fast processing and shipping, my volume has increased to an extent that orders can currently take somewhere between 7-14 days for packing now because there are always orders waiting to be packed and postal shipping time will be on top of that . Please always keep in mind this is a working ranch with many animals to care for and I am the work part of it--so issues come up and the animals are my number one priority. I also attend some fiber fairs and festivals and other wool and fiber related venues so this keeps me hopping all the time, regardless I work as many hours as possible each day and seven days a week to get orders out as fast as I can.
Please rest assured that I will get your orders out as fast as physically possible, but during sales and at peak times, the demand is so high that it is impossible to get everything done same or next day now as in the olden days, so there is a wait as explained above.
Please be patient and allow additional time for international shipments, and don't' forget that your items have to get thru customs as well - this takes extra time on top of shipping and there is no time limit on customs processing in each country - they can take as long as they want to.
Also postal delivery has been EXTREMELY slow in the US the last few years - so allow extra time - also tracking is not always updated in a timely manner so don't rely on it.

If you wish to purchase insurance to safeguard your purchase in transit, please let me know and I will bill you separately for insurance coverage, if you have chosen priority mail upgrades, a limited amount of insurance is included, but if you want your entire purchase covered and its a large amount, please inquire about additional insurance. In the case of damage, all packaging must be retained by the buyer until inspected by the post office and the insurance claim is complete.
